when i reved the revs bog down need help

    Hey, well after finishing my respray project i went out to go fill up my scooter, it was alright when i got there and filled up until when i came back home i was just riding along and when i reved the throttle it would bog down? the noise went weird coming from the carb and i pulled the throttle down and it just cut out.. i tried starting it back up and it just would not allow it ;( anyone have any ideas? I'm thinking it could be the jet not too sure, please comment :) thanks.

    might be the spark plug...the jets wouldnt happen so sudden...the plug maybe fouled....happens on two strokes
