will yamaha aerox/mbk nitro wheels fit my sr forks and rear? my enginge is the mineralli (how ever u spell it lol) as im thinking of my sr wid black aerox wheels imp: can anybody tell me if the front whels would fit in my forks?? cause i will defo be able to get a back on i know! thans lads stef.
aerox spindle on the front wheel is diff.. the disk is the same size tho so will fit with a bearing change. rear will fit np if its a disk
but this front wheel comes wid a spindle or wud i have to use my sr spindle n mayb put sr wheel bearings in the rox wheel??? also wud the speedo drive still fit and work fine???
im pritty sure you can fit the cable into the aerox speedo drive. if not speedy cables can make you one up. the spindle is smaller on the aerox so the bearings are smaller, if you use an aerox spindle it will rattel about in the forks, a sleeve would do the job but your better off using the sr spindle.. the sr spindle deffo wont go through the areox wheel bearings tho.. the speedo drive will need drilling out a little to. if you have to ask about these kind of mods your better of talking to a machinist about doing it as they can make up new spacers/sleeves or even fork bottoms.
thanks for the info minor but i think the drilling of the speddo drive is abit to much work jus for a front wheel to go on so i think im jus gonna send my wheels to powdercoat. would of loved a set of aerox wheels on it tho! and i dnt want odd wheels otherwise i would buy the back 1 but thanks for the help neway m8.
