i know runner 2 strokes are popular as hell but i wondered. i picked up a runner 125sp today and wondered what it was worth its an 02 plate. blue panels few light scratches no front mudguard few silly bits added. totally standard. number plate has seen better days has tax and mot till febuary 2011 i think. looking for a quick sale after doing a few bits it needs. its a late one with the rolling nut engine but it does have old style forks it looks a bit manky here and there but it rides 100% its probably the nicest one i have ridden. goes well and stops well. speedo says 5600 miles but dont know how many it has done
Fancy a swap? 1993 "L" reg, Piaggio skipper LX125 2T AC (typhoon engine), just under 12,000 miles, genuine miles. 2 owners, first was a woman and she kept it from 1993-2010. Second was my friend, purchased in feb 2010 then sold to me in april. Good con, bit of paint flaking off, no scrapes as this bike has never hit the deck. Little bit of rust on the wheels. Rides and runs well, has 15g rollers so shes sluggish off the line, needs 12.5g rollers. tax and mot for another 7-8months.
im looking to sell it to be fair. i sorted the back brake today it doesnt work perfect though so no idea whats wrong. i put an airbox on it and it runs really well its very quick for a 125. im hoping for about £700-750 once i have sorted a few more bits out. its not as bad condition as i made out to be fair
