I've got a stage six race pipe i think it is.. I'm wanting a 70kit bigger carb if mine is only 12ml variator belt and gear up i want good performance but reliability anyone fancy giving me some idea's of a good set up! got around 200-300 to spend NRG MC3 btw, air cooled!
what stage 6 exhaust is it? give us that info and we can tell you a bit more. either: stage 6 pro replica stage 6 pro stage6 r1200 stage6 r1400...
If you can find the Stage 6 pipe in any of that, I'll eat my own shoes (steel toecapped boots as i've just come in from work )

Well the Replica and the Pro are said to be mid race pipes, but the pro has quite a bit more poke. The R1200 rivals a c16 roughly and the R1400 rivals a C21 yasuni. As it's a budget setup i'm gonna say it's a Replica, so based on that i'd guess Polini all the way (iron 70, variator, etc) but it should be a 17.5mm carb, get a 21mm if it's a 12mm though Leave the gear up for now too should be good enough to leave the clock at that.
I'd suggest a malossi MHR or polini Corsa for that pipe if you want reliability, it was designed to match the Stage 6 sport kits which make similar power to them cylinders, only trouble is you'd be wanting a new crank with it too. Might be worth trying a Top Performance 70 kit as thats supposed to be a bit more revvy than the malossi or polini iron equivalents, or there is polini's aluminium sport kit.
The PRO...or The PRO-Replica ??? Pro produces better power... pro-replica is e-marked and hence copper friendly!!
if its a sports pro you could get the stage six racing kit from scooter shack although its single ring but if your not confident with that you could get the mhr rep or corsa, with a 19 or 21mm dellorto carb
Hehe only kidding, great pipe (scooter attack rave it) but best if you've got the money for the rest of the setup to match, which personally i ain't.
its only £120 and its matched perfectly to the sport pro will make your scooter alot faster especially with an upgraded carb
well as copper friendly as your gonna get.... e-mark means it comes with restrictors fitted as std and is a direct swap for factory pipe getting caught doing 55mph may take a little more convincing imp:
...And then the crank, plus having it fitted as i ain't gonna wreck one trying to fit it, too mcuh for me as it is
Fuck this thread Capri Daves' back lol btw you lot should know by now wack a rep or corsa on it, you may aswell its gona go bang soon with that standard crank so enjoy some power while it lasts!!
