I hate polishing detailed stuff with loads of nooks and crannies ...time consuming and dirty too :wallbash:

 

Clever work with the polishing.

Out of interest how many hours did it take to polish a full engine like the above ??
I was thinking of painting my engine after its been bead blasted, looking at the shiny works makes me think i should get the polishing rags out and paint the cover a nice candy metallic.

LOL...not possible. You have to remove the original casting marks to get a proper shine
