what would you do? considering 70's my ped.

ok, i have a mhr rep 70s at home which i bought off a mate. he only used it for a month and then sold it to me. i only paid 50 for it which i thought was quite a good deal. so now i got the mhr rep and i want to put it in my bike. but im going to be doing my driving test soon but i would like to have my ped as a project. but im going to need.
new crank something like bgm evo.
carb. 21mm dellorto.
exhaust yasuni city 16
primary gear up.
and then reedblock/reeds if needed.
i allready have an aftermarket clutch and variator.
i was just wondering if everyone else would think it was worth it. i think it will cost me about 400 for the rest of the parts.
