What Would Happen If You Rode With No Helmet?

right.. driving to work 2day.. this goth lad who works there was behind me... i looked behind and to my amazement he wasnt wearing a helmet :msn1: i was pissing my self cause all the car drivers was beeping at him and it was at like 3:50 in peek traffic, he had proper dread locks in and had glasses on and looked like one of them twin things from the matrix :w00t: it was like 3 miles i followed him for.. i asked him why he had no helmet he said he didnt wana mess up his hair for halloween pmsl funny thing is he had his helmet in the back of the bike, and this guy flashed sum sort of badge and said he was gona report him! i said the police would fuck him up for doing that.... but what would happen if they did pull u over for not wearing it??

 

wouldnt the guy show his matrix tricks yano backflips and ride off?

I was thinking this the other day what if your helmet got nicked from your storage bit in your seat or sumin or off the lock you would have to ride it if u were far

 

just say you wear a turban

you dont have to wear a helmet if you have one but were not allowed to wear a christian cross at work

but you never know he might get away with it

 

so if i caryed a helmet with me? would i not need to wear one???
or if i wore a turban (even tho im white) would that be legal??

1. people who wear a turban don't have to wear a helmet which is stupid. also undertakers don't need a helmet either. (there's a hayabusa with sidecar hearse and as long as the driver is wearing a top hat he dosn't have to waer a lid)

2. the penalty for not wearing a helmet is a fixed fine and 3 points depending on what mood the copper is in. you can also be prosecuted for another driving offence which im not sure about.

3. just fuckin wear one, when your head ends up under a car you'll be glad of it.

 

in places like morocco and other countries the law says that you must wear a helmet at all times whilst riding a bike, so the people just wear them round there elbow or knee or sumat, coz it doesnt actually say you have to wear it on your head lol. sweet eh

 

the same in greece but i would rather wear mine if i had it on me.

ps ive seen a guy up ace cafe with a turban on a fast superbike so theres no limit

 

i have to agree i dont see why people even risk it. those guys who wear turbans and get away with it, at the end of the day its their loss when as wobbly said their head is under a wheel.. helmets rule. besides its a sign you roll on 2 wheels when people see you carry your helmet.

lol yer and sayin that, I was in morrocco for 3wk stayin with my gdad, and he knows these morocan (sorry bout the spelling) lads, and 1 had a ped, and he was ridin home 1 nite pissed, turned into a junction and ended up under the wheels of a 4x4, his head was the worse damaged bit of all. if only he wore it on his head he wudda walked away instead of spendin 1wk in intensive care. taught him a lesson tho :rtfm:
