what sr is this one

    well sold my scooter toady to fun money for my landrover but i wont be able to drive in for a couple of month so i on the look out for a new scoot and my cusin has just offered me his sr 50 for £150 but im lookin on scooter attack and i cant figure out which one it is

    the spec :

    sr di tech 52 plate and its yellow and black with purple wheels can anyone tell me which one it is


    is it a go deal 150

    its by far the worst of the SRs (apart from the suzuki engined one)

    right, its got a carb, then its not ditech.

    its more than likely a piaggio 50 engine. quite good.

    what landy are you getting?

    all the people I know who sold their peds thinking theyll past their test and theory like next week all want to buy a ped again and regret selling them

    i wouldnt buy a ditech sr by the way, way to much hassle if they cock up and very expensive!

    by a 1999 one if you can thats not thrashed, with the minarelli engine in

    im buying this scooter just to get me from a to b because i have just bought a landrover 90 pick up which will be my project

    will probz tune this sr once ave got my landy sorted

    it got a ford transit engine in

    so i could even but a serria cosworth engine in that be fast as f**k

    more relible than the old engines

    hi again pick up this sr today on 2 weeks approval

    it the suzuki engined one

    things wrong with

    needs new 50cc bore as one of the exhaust manifold has been snaaped clean off

    needs wheel bearing in rear

    needs forks seals

    and battery

    he want 150 but im going to bid him down for it

    its on a 52 plate with 12000 km on the clock

    how much would you ask

    plus its got a whole host of things wrong with it.... :wtf:

    seriously you can find so many better deals than that!!! im not boasting but i got a 55 plate sr50 with light panel damage and a mint engine with 5000 miles on it for £100
    i would stay away if i were you, seriously how often do you see parts for suzuki engined sr50's on ebay?
