hi, ive got an 07 aerox rossi rep, its got a beaten up stage 6 pro replica exhaust on it at the moment thats rusty and dented and been welded from the previous owner. its got a polini high speed variator aswell. I have decided i need a new exhaust, im looking at the giannelli reverse as ive heard that the aerox engine responds really well to this, or shall i go for the leo vince zx? also both come with rollers and clutch springs, shall i install them or keep the ones ive got? (4.7 gram rollers) would love peoples opinions and help,
    thanks,
    dan :)

hmmm, i would go for the gianelli. But if i were you i would get a yasuni exhaust because there quality and have a quite good performance boost. and install the clutch springs and rollers (may need to do a mixture of heavy and light rollers??) they give you to get the maximum potential? that's what they tell you to do.

The Yasuni R is a good exhaust and is best if you want to go for more tuning later on.

Any exhaust that comes with rollers is silly as there is no chance they will be right for you bike. There is slightly more chance which the clutch springs that they might work for your setup but again it's a pretty pointless idea.

When adding any parts or trying to setup a bike you should have a range of jets and rollers to try out. A box of clutch springs comes in 3 different strengths as well.

You shouldn't ever mix rollers on a bike apart from if you are setting it up so it's only for a very short amount of time to work out a roller weight when you don't have that weight e.g. putting 3 in of a heaver weight and 3 of a much lighter weight to get to a medium weight.

Your bike should already have aftermarket clutch springs fitted as it has already had a sports exhaust.

    Just fitted a Yasuni Z......
It flys, rockets off the speedo but when it gets warm the bottom end bogs and there is no torque up till about 15 mph then it kicks in back to normal, when its going this pipe is fantastic, doesnt give off a bad sound either, quite meaty..
But i havent solved the bottom end bogging yet, not sure how big of a problem it could be, variator, clutch, belt, air? Not a clue, When this problem is solved the bike will fly!

All in all, extremely good quality, but problem needs to get sorted :)
