Polini sport cylinder Polini variator Polini clutch Polini belt Polini 6.0g rollers Polini cluch springs Mallossi gear up Yasuni R
65-70, I'd get a stage6 streetrace over the polini though. Also, you can't really determine which rollers you will need, you're gonna need to buy a few sets
The Pedparts blog explains it, basically the stage6 and polini both make the same peak power, but the polini only makes peak power at a certain rpm and then after that, as the revs increase the power starts to drop. The stage6 kit keeps making peak power all the way from 9,000 rpm to about 12,000 or something like that, so as you go faster the power is still there to keep pulling, resulting in a higher top speed. Also it's marked as 49cc, and it's cheaper
Is thatt the sport pro ? this one http://www.pedparts.co.uk/product/535/stage6-70cc-sport-pro-ac--piaggio
No, the streetrace. However, I didn't know the sport pro was that cheap for air cooled bikes, might be worth getting that instead, won't be as reliable as the streetrace though.
Unfortunately you'll need a new crank, and yeah it will run on a Z but won't make good power. It would run good with a stage6 pro or pro replica, both of which are cheaper than a yasuni R I believe
I have a mallosi sport, malossi variaor clutch an belt kit, mallosi reeds, standard 17.5mm carb, doppler s3r an the acceleration to 30 is like a rocket but when i get to half throttle it bogs as it needs jetting an setting up
Only one i know of in north west is the one that goes rocket centre in blackburn an thats fuckin miles away lol
Important gettin a new carb already set up to the engine so ill get that then if its not perfect ill take it to blackberry might go to Preston next week see if anywhere round there will do it
