i saw a dyno graph once on taffspeeds old web site showing the difference a good pipe makes on a speedfight 100...

The difference was quite impressive, so on that info i would buy a pipe 1st :)

Then you'll need a gear up, as the 100cc engine is very undergeared as std...

depends how far you want to go really, the best way is a piaggio 125 conversion.

if you are sticing with the 100 lump though i would go down the pipe, gear up, bore kit, carb, variator route.

Pm tuning make a couple of different exhausts for the 100 which will defo make a difference and look better than standard.

Theres a Doppler S3R pipe for the 100cc speedfight...hell of a lot more cheaper than the pm pipes...

the old "handbuilt in the uk" pm pipe for the auto's WAS just a rebadged s3r. good pipes tho, for what there ment for of course.

ditch the bike if you want to tune somthing. the parts for these are expensive compaird to a piaggio 125 unit and the 125 starts out much faster than the tunned 100 (tunned 120's with big carbs, pipes, gear ups, blah blah are still poo compaird to a stock typh/runner/other piaggio based 125. even 50cc engines make more power than these
