what should i do

Had an accident on my crosser back in may, wasn't my fault (Driver moved his car from scene of accident and was told to bring it back by attending officer) My bike was moved out of the road too. When police arrived on scene i was told that from the position of both vehicles it was clear I was to blame???

Since then ive been digging out flawes in the case and seem to have pissed the police off so im getting taken to court for driving without due care and attention.

Now i know for a fact im going to loose the case as its basically the police vs me.

Should i plea guilty for a lesser fine
Or plead not guilty and get a fucking if found guilty.


Also what am i expecting points / fine wise for failing to stop at a junction?

I think you need to get some legal advice m8 from a solicitor

 

just bend over and get it done with mate.....

no easy way out

mate was caught speeding like 55 in a 30 and after a grands worth of a solicitor managed to get 5 points and £150 fine so it cost him like 3000 in the end

just try and get the minimum shit as poss, try for legal aid??

fight the case just be polite n dat speak with manners bumlick the judge and c what happens

 

if your sure it wasnt your fault, you should fight the case and get your self a good lawer mate

Just thinking of pleading guilty by post and getting this shit all over and done with just for a reduced fine / points as theres no chance im going to win if i plea not guilty.

1 thing though if i do this and the cunt trys claiming for whiplash his house windows will be going through aswell.

 

lol my mater went in to the back of a van he got 3 points n £60 pound fine for no due care or attenttion thingy so that proply what you be getting and let your insurance pay for it, but if it wasnt your fault plead not guilty and try to tell them what happened and added alot more things say he was on the phone, loud music etc. do you got any wittness?

 

police said there were 2 independant witnesses this then changed to 1 a young boy age of 7 then changed to no witnesses.

They are right cunts they have fucked up that many times they are trying to cover there own asses and land me in the shit.
