yea well worth it check things as youve said electrics
does leccy start work, indicators headlight, break light
forks, is there any play in them is there any play in the engine movement (sideways) do the shocks go down and then back up or do they stay down(soz dont no technical terms) is there any oil on the forks,
breaks take bike of stand walk with it press front break if bike comes 2 a halt all good then back breaks the same start the bike up let it tick over is ther anything that sounds like it shoudlnt sound do the frame numbers and number plate match log book
go for a little test ride look for obvious things
    check tyre tread
cant think of others right now but im sure people will be able to add to it
dont be scared to point out any problems its your money so your choice and dont rush into buying it
good luck and hope all goes well
