What rollers...

I have a SR50 2007 (carb) bike. I just purchased a Laser X Pro exhaust system for it. What size rollers should I buy to go with the upgraded pipe? Are there any other changes that I need to make after installing the pipe?

Buy a box of stage6 rollers, i would suggest 4.0 4.5 5.0 5.5

 

its trial and error mate im afraid...you want to buy a few sets 0.5g lighter than std and a 1g lighter set...

And TEST...TEST...TEST away!!!! only then will you know youve got the perfect weight in for YOU!!!!

yeah someone may come on after me and say you need xg for your set up...and putting them in may be an improvement...

but how you gonna know youve got the perfect set up without trying it 1st

I use the speedo needle as a guide

And when you fit a sports pipe...you have to put a 5% bigger mainjet in...i.e..5% upjet

Find out your current jet calculate 5% of it and add it on and buy that jet blah blah blah :msn1:

Maybe a few jets higher aswell

 

Well, a 2006 SR50 with Piaggio engine is supposedly equipt with 17 x 12,3 mm and the weight is 7.7 grams (on the Piaggio).

Mines a 2007 SR50 with the piaggio engine so I am assuming theyre the same ?!!?!

So what is the 5% upjetted sizes for those above specs?

 

Those above specs are your roller weights (std)

a 5% up jet is the main jet in your carb
