Fully syn, I use nothing but the following brands: Putoline, silkoline, klotz & Castrol (but only TTS their other oils suck.)

I mostly use silkoline because ever since I first used it, I noticed my engine was quicker to start and just felt alot healthier.

I use Castrol TTS fully synthetic as it's recommended by my mates who put it in their 2t mx bikes, plus it smells funky :p

Tried Mobile 1 2T, and it left a lot of deposits....
Used Motul semi, breaking in my kit.....
Repsol 2T Competicion til the distributor went under....

    most Halfords stock it :D

you have to study the labels though, as theres about 3 different castrol 2T oils
with remarkably similar bottles and labels.

I always find full synthetic oil, by the price, it usually is the highest price one.
If you don't premix it, make sure it is for injectors...should say somewhere on the label.....
