right, swaped my bike for 600 and this thing, its a 05 aerox,

    mods:
    leo vince zx
    dr racing 70 kit

    bad things:
dont go faster than 20 with the 70 kit on or with the 50 kit on..

    what people have said:
it needs jetting once a 70 kit is put on?
so i put it back to a 50 (runs the same 20mph)

    Spark plug?
it was to short now i have the right one for my bore (runs the same 20mph)

    Belts sliping?
took belt off had it changed not a new one tho o_O ( still runs the same)

    clutch?
took the clutch off it looks ok but the pads are very close to the metal

    ^is it this?^

what the f**k can this be i just wanna get it fixxed and then its sold! roll on cars (mabey bikes later on)

please can some one work out what the fuck is wrong with it add me on msn if u need to no any thing.. ive took it to my local garage and he wants to charge me 300 to have a full look over it..

Not the clutch, doubt it's the jetting unless it's way off, and i mean way off or something stupid like the jet has come out? ( happened to me once, and wouldn't accelerate but you could tell what it was with how rich it ran )

could you describe what happens when you pull off, any noises? does it feel normal etc..

its fine on the main stand but once there is weight on the rear wheel it just hardly moves, it pulls off slow and dies when you try full throttle it quick, you can kinda hold it back when u rev it when pulling away..

theres no noises nothing.. just sounds normal but theres hardly and revs to it..

    crank seals and possibly bearings.

    maybe buggered reeds.

    blocked exhaust

    blocked air filter

    choke sticking

    mucky carb

    ignition breaking down

    leaky base gasket

    holed piston

^^^ the above go in a basic order of likelihood ^^^

if you want to sell, let me know how much

wobble the crank up and down and see if there is any movement, if there is then chances are your seals have gone because the main beaings are knackered (do this on both variator end and flywheel end)

more than likely blocked air filter or air filter isnt on properly. if not then 1 of the things WOBBLY said

try lighter rollers because when i got my polini superspeed 9 roller variator it said use the heavier rollers witch come with the kit on near standard peds and lighter 1's for high performance mopeds(70cc kits ect).

think about it, your ped revs higher now you have put a 70 kit on it and it's sliding the rollers straight to the top edge of the variator as you set off because the centrifugal force is bigger due to more revs, resulting in slow acceleration untill you get to the power band

but if you put a lighter set of rollers in, there needs to be more force to make them slide to the edge of the variator due to being lighter, resulting in a half decent set-up (HOPEFULY!)

if thats not the problem then u may want to consider buying a 19mm carb or bigger to feed the 70 kit
