I find this a little childish, sorry.

    http://www.petrolmag.net/view/articles/project-zip/

reasd that..... basicly adrenaline cant build engines, so bought one, then couldent think what to do wiht it...

this was the problem wiht petrol last time, paul doing bikes he wanted to, not just anything good, always picking on the modern scooterist as he's jelous he's not 16 anymore (read anything he writes about the "modern scooterist" and you will see why he wont come to real meets to see real peoples bikes) add to this a constant bumsucking of any shop/retailer and generally its one big commercial mess.... oh and its his m8 that owns adrenaline, can you tell?

place fucked me right off.. was ment to have some discount for writing for petrol, never got mentioned, never even got back to me wiht MANY requests for info/part orders... fucking useless.

as for the rest of the mag... what a supprise, a few italjets and some stuff he didnt use in twist n go.

LOL at the zip tho SERIOUS payin 2g's for a grands worth of parts as they plain wont admit to not knowing how to build an engine LOLOL

EDIT: ang on, sorry, lemmi get that right.. 3 grand for an engine they could have built for a grand, and they even replaced the kit/pipe carb and then blew it up LOLOL tell you anything about adrenaline pedstop? other than they dont build engines? cant build a bike wiohtout it blowing and offer this as a SERVICE?!?!?!?! LOLOL need to get somone wiht a clue there OR stop selling parts, its all well and good being cheap, but if you havent got a clue about what your selling/what to do wiht the bits then your fuck all use to anyone quite frankly...

LOL all day at this trust

    thats his point joe

    :this:

is the copyright to your self the author g or work made for hire?

they can legally quote your work (little more then a quote there :glare: )
and oddly theres is no limit on how many words suffices as a quote
(they could basically argue the whole thing is a quote),
it would be down to the ruling of a court as its a grey area

holla at them and ask them to remove it, they might take the easy way out to avoid legal action :good:

    Re: Petrol mag online :)

technically there was never a contract... never so much as an agreement as far as the use of the writing... it was written SPECIFICLY for petrol mag.. to wich i wanted no more affiliation...

transfering my intelectual property onto another medium wihtout notice is not a quote.. even if it is a quote he would be quoting from a copywritten artical (it has my name on it, in print, wether he owns the mag or not) he does not have the rights to this poroperty.. only the permission to use it in petrol magazine.. not petrol mag online.

copyright infringment all over. :) (will have a scolicitor confirm this today as ive still had no reply back)
