basically a cover lol, your bikes air cooled so it just has a blank off. on liquid cooled ones they have a pipe coming of that pushes on to a hole in the frame people take the pipe of an put an air filter on it dosent do anything though
surely it does suck air through the filter tho? so a little scoop or vent would make more sense? or are the filters just for show?
yeah more air SHOULD get through with the end open but wont be protecting your engine from any crap floiting around flies, water blah blah blah therefor the filter would urm... well filter it :rotfl:
to everyone with a filter on there tranny =cover... look at the BACK AT THE BOTTOM on your tranny cover.... yes full of holes rain and dirt gets in... see in the banner? if there is no vent on the front (like this) then you will probably find theres no impelar/fan on the variator anyway... pointless "max power" mods. are you desperate to mod your bike or somthing? so many people do pointless things only for somthing to do. dont start this as its a waste of your time and money.
