Like something that prevents the throttle slide from fully opening for instance,
but you would HAVE to ensure that throttle grip was capable of full revolution,else mr.????? might notice a block.,
there are lots of ways,would think you could work out,to prevent them discovering your 'improvements' .,secret is too make it unnoticed,some ???? are sharp,
Integrating into an existing switch is a bestie/reckon.
