what if you get a copper who wants to give your ped the once over and rides it, like the one on the TV program I spoke about above, if it goes over 30 mph, then what?

I'd only be worried about mobile dyno jobbies, etc.they've got floating around in some areas.,
Sitch your describing would prob.happen mostly to peeps with a bad attitude,however-
If the copper were to do so,1stly he'd probaly be in traffic division,2ndly it's commonsense that mechanical speedos are'nt accurate in their entirety.so's could be dependant on what speed he reached,
Seen a fee posts in my time on this site,'bout some fitting secreted instant power reducers/case of 'emergency's'.;) ;) .

Like something that prevents the throttle slide from fully opening for instance,
but you would HAVE to ensure that throttle grip was capable of full revolution, else mr.????? might notice a block.,
there are lots of ways, would think you could work out,to prevent them discovering your 'improvements';) .,secret is too make it unnoticed, some ???? are sharp,
Integrating into an existing switch is a bestie/reckon.
