Was going through some old threads and came across this "the cases are hardly matched perfect or like for like as piaggio are lazy with them. hence i need to spend alot of time blueprinting befor doing any kind of flowing work." By minor himself, Question is. What is blueprinting ?
Its basically remachining the engine to the manufacturers tolerences or stricter. You would do this to fix any flaws (like from poor casting during manufacturering etc etc). Only heard of it being done in the context of race car engines to improve power/reliability/weight etc etc.
