    just wondering what fuel you all put in your bikes and the advantages if any of using certain fuels.

    sorry if this has done before but i did use search and didnt find anything!

    i just use normal unleaded have no idea what any others do i just know not to fill it up with diesel lol

    i used to use the cheapest 1 lol but when i 70'ed my bike i just felt the need to pay for the expensive stuff :w00t:

    i have put the high octane expensive stuff in, but i dont see that it makes a difference anyone know?

    I just use Shell or Texaco unleaded an my bike is fine i dont see the need to run the higher an dearer stuff unless you drive a ferrari pmsl :w00t:

    It may be a personal thing, but I've always found Shell petrol makes the bike feel better. I don't bother with the high octane stuff.

    i havent voted because i use abit of both... the high octane im sure cleans ur engine out and gives u a few more miles.... so its worth the extra .5p in the end...and obviously a cleaner engine will go faster then a dirty one... :cool:

    high octane does fuck all for a scooter, don't bother paying more for petrol.

    Normal unleaded, Used the higher octane stuff but didnt seem to make a difference.

    just the normal stuff, might stick in the high octane tomorrow and see what happens.

    99% of scooters will run on 95 ron fuel perfectly fine as the compression ratio is set for that fuel.. above 10:1 compression you wanna start running super/optimax.. at 12:1 you need 99+ so super with a booster or race fuel (not road legal ether way)

    if your engine is already clean then no it wont really make a difference....
    but if its dirty as fuck :cool: it will clean it out and make it feel faster....worth using it every so oftern....and yeh thats kool got a few peps interested i just dnt wana sell it lol and why what trouble has he had with the scorp??

    I think i will try some of this super unleaded high octane stuff 2moro this my sound stupid but if i still have some normal unleaded in my 50cc scooter will it effect the bike if i put the high octane stuff in with it? just dont want to fill up and the scooter not start lol :D

    no wont affect it.. will just mix with the normal petrol....

    it will burn too quick, give less mpg and run slower.. its NOT a high performance engine.

    so what if i put a full tank of high octane in my aerox ?? will it make a difference at all ?
