Hi I have just bought a brand new piaggio nrg and after I've run it in I was wondering what sports exhaust should I put on and do I have to make any other mods or can I just change the exhaust ?
I think you should leave your variator restrictor in, 8 gram rollers and put a PM X-TECH 59 pipe or a Polini Evo Exhaust :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: ROFL!
as said above, a leo vince tt is a good cheap pipe for your standard 50cc kit, or you could get a hebo performer, a laser x pro, a leo vince zx. Any of these pipes are good for the standard barrel. you will need to upjet roughly around 8-10% the size of your standard jet (assuming your carburettor is standard) and the variator rollers will need to be changed, some pipes have rollers provided with them, if not you will have to mess around with roller weights and find out which rollers work best (probably 3-6 grams) im not sure of the particular size for your variator though.
