It's a PGO PMX Sport 50, yesterday I was removing the exhaust to give me better access for working on it, managed to snap a bolt that was holding the exhaust up, today when refitting the exhaust I also managed to snap a bolt in the manifold >_<

    Really feel like giving up..

    This is my exhaust:

Does anybody know what aftermarket exhausts would fit this bike? Preferably one that adds the most BHP or one that sounds deep and not...like a bumble bee in a tin can

Obviously, going to have to get the snapped bolt drilled out first though

Any help would be very much appreciated!

I just realised that my barrel is 70cc so that exhaust wouldn't work anyway

ok thanks, I don't know where to start a search for one..I can't afford anything too pricey, as long as it's reliable and doesn't sound awful, a few BHP would be nice..

If the PGO PMX and PGO Big Max have the same exhaust design (I'm not sure), then I have found some, if not, them links were not helpful

It appears only the Technigas will fit my bike excluding the standard exhaust of coarse.

There are probably others that will fit but perhaps the exhaust manufacturers haven't trialled fitment on a PGO?

Do any exhaust companies make custom ones?

I was going to leave the above for you to work out until tomorrow, but here goes, I am in a simular boat to you.......... only low end pipes are available for my bike, yet for other bikes with the same engine, their choice includes the high end pipes. So I get a pipe for a Suzuki Katana A/C and end up fabricating a new bracket, worst case scenario should be a mod to the center stand or doing away with it and fitting a side stand.

But you are better off, the advert above says several models can use the same pipe, and on Scooter Center for the BIG MAX several stage six exhausts are available, I reckon in that case they wouldn't be far out, if at all. At worst you send it back.

i know its a different scooter altogether, but the speedfight is in the same boat, theres not much mid-race and no high end kit available for it....so people make spacer plates to fit piaggio cylinder kits onto the pug bottom ends, and use piaggio exhausts as well.

which is why you sometimes see speedfights in europe with pipes at strange angles and even upside down...works though :good:
