Hi, I have a 05 plate aerox what I'm heavily investing a lot of my time and money into this bike.

I've had to strip and renew a lot of the stuff on the bike being it that old and poorly maintained by the previous owner.
I've got two aerox's I'm working on and the other is my brothers (may I add he's having a poop time with his)

I'm going for stage6 set up..could you guys tell me what parts are crucial to install before I add all the main parts ie carb, bore etc.

    Currently have...

    Stage6 Rollers + Variator
    Stage6 Pro Rep Exhaust
    Standard 12mm GURTNER

    I'm wanting a mkII PRO 70cc

But what parts do I first need to focus on before installing bore and carb..could I have someone to help me what parts I need to have before carb and bore is installed as I've been told theirs so many problems ill run into if I just chuck parts on.

Stage6 Clutch is already ordered. So from what I have in now what is the order I should install the stage6 parts in?.

Strip the engine, fit new main bearings/crank seals/crankshaft then put the 12mm carb in the bin, you'll need a 17 or 19mm carb to get the most out of the 70 barrel. Build it properly using heat/freeze techniques and torque wrench!

grab a set of main jets for your new carb you fit , that way you will not be waiting for jets to turn up as you already have a selection incase you need to go up or down a few sizes. jetting the carb is one thing you may have to do not all carbs are bolt on are plug and play.

intake manifold, you may want to upgrade this to a non restricted manifold ( after market inlet manifold ) so the engine can draw that fuel/air mix in nice and easy.
