I've been running my Streetrace 70 Aerox with a Stage 6 sportpro replica exhaust and been well pleased with it, so the other day I fitted a Leo Vince ZX to see the difference.
Firstly I love the sound of the ZX it's very deep, the quality of the build is better (also heavier)
The acceleration is better with the ZX but the top end is slightly better with the Stage 6.
I think I'll stick with the Leo Vince for now but when I have the bike resprayed in a Stage 6 theme I may return to the sport pro.
Theyre both chrome but the Leo has a carbon fbre can and looks the dog's danglies.

Setup parts and correct jetting makes more difference than most people get when fitting different parts. I can bet you that about 70-80% of tuned scooters are incorrectly setup/jetted.

It might just be that your setup is wrong so when fitting the different exhaust its more correct for the setup hence the improved performance.

on the ped part blogs they setup a aerox running a similar setup and tried different pipes with it yes the zx performed well with the 70 kit but the stage6 pipe gave a much longer power band making it easyer to setup aswell.
Im also using a zx do you not find it very loud ?.

My findings concur with the pedparts blog. I find the ZX has a very low note and is quieter than the stage 6.
it was previously fitted to an 09 Rossi Rep (now mine) 50 and was a much lowere tone than any of my mates bikes, it also was the fastest. My dad has just given me a tin of Brasso to give it a polish.

Give it a go, they give a nice deep tone and accelerate better but loose out on top end.

Yes, but we were only comparing the ZX against the S6 Pro Rep

I smashed my ZX against a rock in an unmade car park last night, the pipes OK but it broke a stud off.

Stitch up, will the stud need drilling and re threading?

Yup, it took my dad ages and he ended up taking the barrel off to fix it on the bench. Drilled it out tapped it and fitted a new bolt.
