Hey guys, Having some trouble getting my NRG to run right. It starts and idles perfect, can ride around all day on 1/4-1/2 throttle but as soon as you go higher the revs bounce up and down like im wiggling the throttle and there's barely any power. Current set up: Malossi Sport 70 Yasuni R Malossi Special X belt Standard 17.5mm Carb Standard airbox Rollers 3x 4.5g 3x 5g I've tried to rule out jetting started at 68main and then dropped to 64 with no noticeable change. Unfortunately not got any larger ones in, so might have to order some. The issue is here at around 00:16 - throttle wide open. Anyone seen anything similar, any ideas where to start?
If you have the same jetting as the 50cc cylinder with a 70 and pipe it's going to be way too lean and damage the cylinder from the heat
Cheers mate, it's up jetted from 58 (50cc with pipe) to 68 but I think it still needs more. I've got a spare 68 main that i might try to drill out to an 80 for testing purposes.
