hi there i have a strange issue with my daughters sinnis prime 50cc 4t there is a hole that has been bunged up just by the crankcase oil seal on the transmission side that leaks oil out when the engine has been running for a few minutes. originally there was a sort of resin fibrous material blocking the hole. so firstly does anyone know what it is for and secondly why is it leaking oil thanks[/ATTACH] you can see it here on a new part
I don't know what it is but I would suggest it's leaking oil either due to a corroded seal or because it's made of porous material.
