weird clicking noise?

fuck knows where its coming from (apart from the engine, obviously lol) but you know then old skool clanger things that you spin round and it makes a clicking noise? it sounds a bit like that. i thinnkkk it only happens when its idling but not sure. is it something i should worry about orrrr is it just a noise from the engine?

 

Could be the noise from your exhaust as it operates, mine makes an odd noise too.

Could be a whole host of things to be honest, best bet is to either leave it unless something goes wrong or have someone who's a bit more techy with bikes listen to it when running and they might be able to lead you in the right direction. Trying to come up with something on a forum for this isn't gonna work well.

haha yerp i got back from goin out on it today, it was just sat idling and i could hear it

 

I'd check anything that is affected from heat cause that's probably what the cause of the issue is, so yeah water pump could be an issue.

only about 43 atm, am still running the cylinder in though. and it needs new belt and rolers

 

that rox, completly standard with a polini belt and 5.4 rollers used to do about 50-55 on the clocks average about 52 and exactly 39.8mph true

 

yer i did 50 on it before replacing the cylinder so i just think i need to run it in more, the belt and rollers probably havent been changed for 5000 miles if not more to im sure that dont help
