Weird charging issue 2018 Piaggio Typhoon

Ok so my battery will only charge while on kickstand (or if rear wheel is off the ground. It happened once a few months back and I thought it was a wiring issue in my lights because they were not working even after I was riding so I wired in a toggle. But next day it was fine.
Same thing now. I'll crank it up and while on stand everything is fine but the rear wheel hits the ground soft or hard and bam. I can pull front wheel up sitting on seat nothing but if I stand and lift font up starts charging.. I've rewired my toggle, checked over other wiring checked fuses etc etc... Nothing and I'm really stumped.
