at the weekend i was changing my rollers when i noticed something. it looked like my drive belt has been rubbing and has left a thick rubber ring around it. is this normal? if its not how could this be fixed?
if its leaving rubber there as in thick can pick it off wiht your thumb the belts fucked, the pulleys arnt running true to each other or one of the pulleys is warped/marked heating the belt up... if its a shaddow you cant feel dw about it.
its not that thick that i can pick it off. its just very distinctive. the belt looks quite new. no cracks and its definetly not slipping. il have another look tonight and il try and get a photo up. cheers for your help again.
