its not hard, i was gonna do it until ig ot an ac disc engine.. you have to get an ac bore obviously, change the studs on the wc engine for ac ones because they need to be longer. (not too sure ive just heard this but ill measure it later coz i got both engines here) then all you gotta do is put a fan on youre magneto if you wanna keep the gilera ignition..( need a wc cdi) or swap the igintion for the ac one.

theres no such thing as an ac disk engine... there is only a new shape ac converted to disk (has caliper mounts) or a wc engine converted to ac.
