Well my aerox is a full on race scoot now and so not much fun on the road So enter the Millan 19mm carb , motoforce cylinder , yasuni city 16 , v-force reed , case porting malossi variator , programable ignition , tgb torque driver should go quite well
nah its a short case mina I dont have any pics yet just picked it up today I love it , looks so old school but should go hard

yup thats the one Im not sure on the city 16 yet I want a cruiser pipe but decent power as well The lazer is shit and well not really sure what else to get to be honest the city 16 is a bit higher reving than i wanted
erm, depends entirely on the timings... low revving pipes that work are the gianelli reverse/dopler s3r/leo tt (seriously low revving) what timing's the kit running? (or mm hight from top of bore)
Well some parts turned up today, Bailey was stoked with it all Bring back my cylinder Ordered my city 16 to go with it as well It needs to get along well , other wise its not a wax bike
can't wait to see some vids, i'll probably going with a similar setup with my rox (your old setup on your rox lol) fire i fit on a aerox fine at 5 foot 7 :good: i got a mate at 5 foot 11 and a mate at 6 foot 3 with aerox's and they fit fine i quite like the stance prefer it to my nrg flat foot stance, aerox feels more sportier :grin:
anyone caqn fit on an aerox... BUT you look a fucking diiot... im 6ft 3 and my knewes hit the bars worse than on a zip... there TOO small if your over 5 10.... unless you like sore sholders after an hours riding. but ye, anyway. get some vids up once your done... an i wanna see the rox vids?!?!
Ok well engine is done Was a full day but its ready to go in the scoot This was it this morning stripped down and ready for porting bearings on the crank and ready to go in mild crank case porting its just a streeter after all and all together ready to go in v-force reed , 19mm carb ported cases motoforce cylinder , yasuini city16 pipe bgm full circle crankshaft

its looking good wax :hello: and im not a fan of unnecesary bling, polishing engines is great if your not planning on ever riding your scoot, you should see the state of my scoot at the minute, its covered in road crap from riding to work for 1 week... cant wait to see some more piccys of the engine going in, and vids of this thing going :cheers:
Yup your right to much cleaning for me. I want to be able to use it and abuse it. Bike stripped down ready for the new engine Ok here we have engine ready to go in The new back wheel i am going for a 12 inch low profile wheel , its heaps better than the steel wheels that were on it The back wheel on and ready to go , new front suspension going on the front with the new 12 inch wheel going on there as well
