wat should i pay

ok i no some 1 witch has a gilera runner sp 125 for sale its a 2000 all standed few scratchs and 2 cracks no mot and no tax i think its had 5 owners starts and runs fine could do with a new tyre log book is all they and paper work and its got a dneted heat shild wat do u think i should pay for it
