WANTED: CW50 Bws (Yamaha/MBK) frame - After 2004 only

Hi there,

Currently working on a big bore aerox engine but I wanted to use a bws frame with it. I am looking for a CW50 Bws (Yamaha/MBK) frame - After 2004 only.

Must have papers and be without any modification.

 

Thought you had one?

Anyway I've still got my CW50 in the garage, up here in Inverurie near Aberdeen.

I bought a KMX 125 a few months ago which i'm doing up so - realistically i'm not going to get time to do the scooter anytime soon so i'd consider selling everything all as a job lot to get clear.

If you recall the frame has been powercoated, has brand aerox forks, powdercoated wheels, new tyres, new metal fuel tank, S7 front disc plus a load of other stuff (22/17 carbs, jackup etc) which i'd throw in....including all the bodywork and the vertical engine.

I won't post but i'd dismantle it for collection in a car at a weekend.

Like i said this would be for everything - i won't split as i can't be bothered with the hassle of selling what would be left separately...if nobody wants it i'll just keep everything until i can get round to working on it as its not going off.

The one I had had some corrosion where the fork sits was told it wasn't safe to use.

What year is the bws though? As I'm looking for an after 2004 frame.

 

Its on a P reg so 1996.

Its the lightest one with the metal petrol tank/no underseat storage so quite rare now.

 

I can get a pre 2004 one but they don't interest me as much as all the fairing fixations as different. Thanks anyway.

I dont need the frame any longer. As it is for a big bore aerox engine project that will never been on the road I decided to get a kiesler drag frame



They will get them back in at the start of next year. Suits me fine! That's gonna be a fun project to do!
