had to do a 200 mile run on my bike yesterday most of it in that fog apart from getting a bit cold the main problem is my visa gets wet i kept wiping it with my glove not the best way but the only option at the time, may be i could fit some thing over my finger of my glove that would work better, but what how do you get over this problem
You can buy a rubber strip that you put on your forefinger to do exactly that! Or when riding turn your head sideways to let the wind blow the water off.
I'm having a love affair with open face helmets atm...have'nt encountered any visor misting problems yet..
I have a open face , great on my 125 with a screen but my nexus directs al the wind onto my chest and face so a full face is a necessity since bought a finger scraper off ebay waiting for it to arrive , hope it does not stop raining till I have tried it out
How about storing one of these behind your screen http://www.autosessive.com/products/80079/microfibre-demist-pad?gclid=CNbShqKPkskCFUHlwgodl84CYg
its not that my visor mists up , its the fog rain covers my visor on the out side bought a finger scraper now so I can wipe the rain droplets off, alright at 50 you can turn your head and the wind clears it but in the town at low speed I cant see
