16.4 wasent it tango? (at over 100mph btw) just goes to show not every bike with every bolt on hits 20+bhp.. torque is more noticable on a 172
was the acceleration that crap on ur runner tho ant...once u had the gear up put in ur bike was rapid as fuck what kind of setup am i gonna need to get 20bhp out of this sr
you will need to have a p[ipe modded as none that make that power fit on an sr... of course you will need a 1762, 25mm carb a variator to make best of the power. and spot on setup with a good pipe. can get 23bhp with 3 parts (well i can)
just going back to the exhaust..isnt the pm for the sr any good..what i mean is' is at equal as far as power gains are concerned in comparisson to the pm55
yes pull of was craper....before it was RAPID!!!power wheelie all day long and easy to wheelie...after that could only wheelie it at very low speeds....pull of was ok...(got beat by ben) :msn1: duno wtf he has in his bike!it wasnt that slow tho was still quick as fuck to piss cars of (especialy on the road onto the motor way haha but it was slower then my 125 gearings...
to be honest with ya i dont think im gonna tune the sr up..it seems like a lot of fucking about for crap power gains...probs just gonna mot it and sell it for a profit and get another runner... u can get a good 20bhp out of a runner with just bolt on items
i'm aiming for over 25 from my SR. specs to follow in scooter projects when i have finalised parts and mods
so basically ive gotta find a decent exhaust for an sr to get a decent bhp.. u would think that the manufacturers would fuckin make one lol that chap from sweden said that the old pm55 will fit...whats the chances of me finding one of them and how will i tell the difference between the old and the new
im gonna have to run thru some ideas..wobbly we need to get hold of a fucked scorp to see if u can mod it to fit an sr
yup, i was actually thinking of modding the SR to fit the scorp. it's easier, i can manufacture different lower mount cradles.
It was 15.6bhp and reached 100mph on the dyno at Mersea island last year, think the dyno was run by SIP, take in mind my scoots had no dyno time before...needs abit doing to it when I get time and money ..all just bolt on parts
