Surely this isnt healthy it sounds awful help please lads ? ???

 

Sounds like your mixture screw isnt right.. ive been doing some research cause i need to sort mine and you scooter has hesitation to set off, Guys correct me if im wrong, Screw ur air mixutre fully in not too tight and turn it out 2 full turns and start your bike up and warm it up, Then if still hesitates and struggles turn quater of turn clockwise till improves

 

pretty much right yea....could be jet too big or flat spot on rollers ..and have you added anything to the bike

 

i have 60 jet and yh mate a pipe and rollers thats it

 

or this is faster and what i do ...start the bike and adjust the air screw so it will only run with choke on and then adjust it so it runs on tickover without choke

havent checked them for ages bought fresh malossi 5.5s in october time i think

 

defo check them your ment to change them every 6-12 months just check they arnt flat or worn as they tend to do wen more power
