    Hi guys

I purchased my 2009 LX50 last week, and passed my CBT on Saturday, so Monday was my first day out. Really happy with the Vespa, certainly gets me to work quicker.

Just have a couple questions. Please excuse me as I am a noob when it comes to scooters...

1 – I noticed this morning that when indicating (left and right) sometimes the lights will remain static and not blink. Only happens when im stationary at the lights and indicate whilst staionary. If moving they work fine. This is intermittent

2 - The speedometer gauge, the hand doesn’t go up and down smoothly, it jumps or goes back and forth when the speed increases, if you know what i mean. It goes up and down but not smoothly.

The scooter is immaculate, no damage, well looked after/serviced, MOTd 2 weeks ago.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

lights sticking on idle could mean your battery is dead/ dying.

if the voltage is too low the flasher relay may not function properly, put a volt metere accross the battery see if you have 12 v

Makes sense! As they only seem to work when riding and on the throttle
