as in the title I have a vespa lx 125 ,what I need to know can I fit a side stand if so were do I get one and does it have to be fitted with a cut out switch, my nexus cuts out when you put the side stand down but my c loncin dont
have a look on ebay, im pretty sure the mounts are the same as all the other piaggios and derbis/gilera/etc etc... you dont NEED a side stand switch, just be wary that it might roll forward off the stand, being an auto and all.....
I thought that vespa was your buddys who does bikes? Most modern bikes have the switches but theyre a pain in the arse so its common for people to loop them to delete them. Ebay will have the sidestand. should just be a case of switch and go... I usually just turn the idle down a tad if im going to leave it running on sidestand so after choke is off it wont ruun off
no the vespa lx is mine its got his phone no on so as to do a bit of advertising in exchange for a free service
