Vespa 300 GTS engine in my Piaggio Fly 125

Hi All,

My newest project is making a 300cc Piaggio Fly, have a Vespa GTS 300 engine, loom and of course the Fly, now want to fit all together and then move onto fitting EFI and Turbo kit, sounds like a 15 olds wet dream but I am bored of 15bhp and fancy doubling up

I understand the GTS has things like fuel pumps and sensors that are not a part of the Fly's build so therefore a lot of work and time will be needed, is anyone on the same thing or done this already as would love some advice, input or even just some nosy parkers to spur me on with this build.

*UPDATE*

Crashed the FLY and sold it to insurance, bought a Liberty S 125 and I am in same position, still bored and want to do something crazy.

Now feeling to swap the Liberty for a Piaggio Beverly 125 as this has LC setup already, then slap the 300 GTS in. Much easier to do and I believe most is plug and play.

I could be wrong as 1st time doing a 4T engine convert (Done plenty of 50 to 125 2T's) so again ANY advice, comments or nosy parkers are welcome to comment

Just buy a 300cc Beverly /gts or the like !
