been here before you guys helped bare, got a 70cc malossi and a pm tuning powerpipe. Gunna get a gear up for my top end. looking for more acceleration> :bird: gunna go for the malossi Malossi Performance Variator & Torque Spring Kit? is this worth my bob or not? other thing was a airfilter? I heard it makes the bike sound A LOT better? aprreciate the help loads guys. all my mates getting cars and my ped IS my car so i don't want it looking like a complete lawnmower
You wont be able to use your electric start with the Overange variator because the electric start gears need to be removed to use it, but the multivar is ok
ok so you want mor accel but your getting a gear up??? scrap the gear mate. leave them stock bigger carb would be a good choice for you i think. just remember not everything you bolt on your ped makes it faster. the majority of tuning parts out there 'alter' the way it runs. you cant just throw 'performance' parts at it and just expect it to be magical
wot he said^ plus if its a malossi 70 sport, it wont realy make the most out of the uprated gearing as it wont rev high enoth, with stock gearing, a 70 sport, bigger carb (21 will work good with a sport) decent pipe and a vari. set up well ull have urself a good off the line pull and pretty much max the stock gearing to an extent
