    Well i got a malaguti f15 50cc with standard 6.5 rollers and at the moment standard clutch shoes

    I've brought myself;
    -a 70cc big bore,

    -Motoforce dellorto 5mm 1486 type jets 10 of 75 to 98 box set,

    -Polini variator spring set,

    -and an Ac 107mm clutch shoes.

    Can someone please tell me what size jets i need to put in and
    if i need any new lighter or heavier rollers and
    what variator spring i need to put for maximum performance ?

    Thank you

    P.S. and also what other parts i might need to get ?

    You have to fit the parts listed and try it, start with the biggest jet and work down. Your asking questions i'm sure no one can answer. If your 18st you'll need light rollers, 8st, heavier rollers. Tuning scooters is to try it, there is no "fit this and fit that and it will be perfect". Polini spring set is for the clutch not variator. I'm not putting you down, but you'll need to find out yourself what works for you. Also you could get an exhaust.
    My old typhoon had 12.75g rollers, all the usual bits,they worked perfect for me.

    The 12.75g rollers were for my typhoon 172! The springs are for the clutch not variator! There contra springs, they close up the clutch pulley half's harder to force the gearing back down so the engine will pull hard when back on the gas.
