variator spacer

if you open up the link above youll notice that theres a diagram for "Yamaha YQ AEROX 50 2005 CLUTCH"
in my variator i dont have the spaer that goes before the drive (part 28 in diagram) is this the restrictor that slides over the drive or is this something else? all i have between my cooling fan and drive is a small washer.

i took it out of my aerox few months back so dw u dnt wana put it back in
