I have a Xmax400 and I have just fitted 15g rollers in place of the stock ones. It now revs it's nuts off and I've lost 10mpt. That's miles per tank load. Is there any other ways of making it accelerate quicker?
The std rollers/clutch springs etc are optimized to give the best driveabilty over the entire range of the transmission, to make it accelerate better you really need more power!
