variator roller changing

    iv just bought myself a bargain of a pm 360 exhaust and now need to change my roller and clutch springs over was just wondering if anyone knows wat are the stock gram rollers and springs in a generic cracker and wat i should change them to. also need to know wat to upjet to aswell i think my jet is a #49 ?? :confused: lol ive got a tnt airfilter on there aswell

    Do they even do an exhaust for that bike?

    it has the same engine as a aerox :) i tried my mates zx on there last week

    its they standard carb and its a 17.5 i think not to sure lol if u can tell me where to look ill find it for u 2moz

    the make of carb, will be on it....... as 49 jet is very doubtful, more like around 60.

    i havent managed to find out what size the jet is yet ill do it tomoz hopefully but i opened the variator today and the rollers are square :D lol it doesnt say any size or weight on them :( n i dont have any scales to weigh them

    weighing them wouldn't be accurate, to what you need, as they wear, they get lighter, but a rough idea. Can get the length measurement, and a good idea of the diameter. Beedspeed don't have your bike listed, but guess, look what an Aerox uses, and go a bit lighter for the exhaust, and buy a box of rollers around that range.

    or pester the main dealer, until he gives you the information, is the variator the same as used on an Aerox ?

    or, if you can wait for the time in posting and return, send me the roller, and I will weigh it, also have verniers for measuring.

    Hi thanks for the reply just had a look on beed speed and my bike is under the malossi part if u could verify that it is correct I would b greatful cheers

    certainly looks like it, I looked at the guide, on the web site there is more, as you found out. A good start.

    Thanks it's says 6 gram or 9 gram :confused: which do I buy lol ??
