the splines on the end of the krank are pretty much fucked therefore the front pulley keeps getting jammed... sooo i need a new krank

been quoted £140 for everything to be done to get it sorted at a shop near me, is this good/bad quote? does anyone know if i can do anything other than get a new krank?

well gutted about that my bike isnt in action, never realised how much i depended on it :(

i was considerin stripping the bike and sellin for parts but i myt as well get it sorted.

what are your views on what i shud do?

    cheers in advance

just wait abit, cause there might be someone on the forum near by who knows how to help, but usually labour costs are £30 a hour, so it depends on that. If that helps at all!

If you strip the engine down yourself take it out of the bike etc and bring it
i think they will lower the cost to about an hours 2 hours work? (i dont know how long it takes to change a crank)
