Variator and Clutch upgrading. (runner st 200)

Any Gilera, Piaggio, vespa heads on 200cc 250cc scooters install new variator/clutch units? I am running stock Vario/clutch with 10g dr pulley sliders and the extra revs give it wicked acceleration. If money is not to be an issue, what would the consensus be on upgrading to the Dr Pulley Variator and Hit Clutch combo? Does anyone have experience?

As the Dr Pulley Variator is designed specifically for the sliders, would it make it just that much better accel/speed? Biggest fear is of the belt rubbing off the casing.

 

Well I just ordered the Dr Pulley hit clutch, Dr pully high performance clutch bell and a Malossi x Kevlar racing belt... My scooter is going to love it but my bank account certainly wont! Tits! Ah sure there is nothing else worth spending yur money on anyway, right lads?!
