V-click Tuning

Hi all,

I have a v-click 13 plate derestricted in every area apart from exhaust. Now I get 45 on the flat and 25 to 30 on hills.

The Vario is stock with 5.6g rollers and a bando belt also the clutch is stock apart from a nauraku contra spring. I have a nauraku air filter as well.

So tuning wise what else can I do I've just ordered a 72cc kit from cmpo.

I'm thinking of a Malossi clutch and white spring and Malossi vario and possibly some 4.5g rollers in also guessing the carb would need upjetting.

Apart from the 70cc barrel/jet, there's not much else worth doing except a quality drive belt.

 

Got a bando belt on at the moment will install the 70cc kit and see how it goes from there
