just take your carb off Robert and take a look ;)

it takes like 5 or 10 mins and then youll know for sure :D

And you want roughly to up-jet 10% for pipe and open filter!!

But dont expect an open filter to work very well on an otherwise std 50cc
    with just an Endy pipe!!!

if you undo the 2 bolts that attatch the inlet manifold to the reed block
you can twist the carb and manifold on its side to get to the float chamber.

expect the petrol in the float chamber to leak out at this stage..unless
you of course drain it 1st, theres a drain plug on the chamber usually
to do this...i dont bother though and just put up with a bit of petrol
    leaking out.

undo 2 screws to take off float chamber and the main jet is the one
in the middle that sticks out from the rest!!

somewhere on the mainjet theres a number etched/stamped on,
thats the size...its an easy job and shouldnt take long at all.

when you put the float chamber back on just make sure the little rubber seal is located properly :D

you may find the engine takes a while to start afterwards...as the float chamber has to fill back up with petrol before it will start!!! ;)
