Unseizing my 70cc Kit

    My ped seized today it just died and now it goes 10 metres and dies my mate from Walton Road Garage telling me it seized so probably is but how can I fix it while im looking for a Typhoon 125 block or Gilly block(Contact me if your selling)How can I unseize it.

    you can not relly un seize an engine, you need to take the head off and have a look at the condition of the piston , rings , and barrel , if the cylinder is not scored or warped , and the sleave of the bore is fine then change piston and rings, and run in proply , genrally when sezuire happens it will normally envolve somthing being replaced , really u need to take the head and barrel off to have a propa look and see if you can figure what coursed it to seize , ow many miles has the engine done.

    its donme about 300 miles with it in and i didnt fill it up with oil once sinice i put it in??

    so im guesing thats why :D

    Well ye i fink das y mate LOL, put new barrel and piston , and use 2 stroke next time lol.

    it's quite annoying when the oil light bulb goes, but check the level weekly.

    I check it daily.

    could have had an oil leak over night,

    in london someone cudda pulled the pipe off and nicked your oil

    everymorning i check it

    My oil light works when i turn over, just doesn't work when its low, do i need a new sensor or whatnot o.0

    chances are the float is stuck, take the sensor out and clean it up

    Same thing happened to me when i had my dragster seized on a3 on a monday morning school run times going down a underpath!!! Was fucked lol
